A
terrific tasting pancake mix very rich in calcium and fortified
to contain other immune supporting nutrients. This mix also makes
great waffles. Each package makes approximately 24 pancakes. Each

Ingredients:
INGREDIENTS: White rice flour, potato starch, sorbitol,
tapioca starch, calcium carbonate, magnesium citrate, zinc citrate,
dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, baking powder, xanthan gum, baking
soda, natural flavoring, vanilla bean, and sucralose.

Directions: |

Carefully measure out ˝ of this package. Save
the other half for your next recipe.

Mix one cup of a milk substitute with ˝ oz.
of lemon juice. DariFree™ (available from Kirkman) in
its prepared form is an excellent choice for the milk
substitute.

Beat three eggs in a large bowl and add milk
mixture from step one.

Add the measured out pancake mix and blend very
well.

Add 1/8 cup (3 full tablespoons) canola (or
similar) cooking oil and mix gently.

Let stand until mixture thickens.

Fry pancakes in non-stick skillet or one sprayed
with non-stick spray (Makes 10-12)

If thinning is necessary, usually 1/2 to 3/4
cup of water will thin the pancakes out.

Waffles may be prepared in a waffle iron.

Substitutes
-
Eggs can be replaced with equal amount of egg substitute.

Milk substitute can be rice milk, soy milk, potato milk or
any non dairy equivalent.
