VANCE'S™ DARIFREE™ MILK SUBSTITUTE

Vance’s has changed their packaging to a can, from the familiar paper carton. The composite, or corrugated cans, as they are known in the industry, are made up as follows:

Can Body from inside out:

• Liner: HDPE/ MGNN Kraft (HDPE= High Density Poly Ethylene material)
• Body Plies: Two plies of can board water-based Acrylic/Foil/MGNN Kraft.
• Lid: steel ETP (steel coated with a poly-coated membrane)

DariFree™

DariFree™ is great for drinking, putting on cereal, cooking, and baking. DariFree™ is made from specially processed potatoes and qualifies as a non-allergenic milk alternative. It contains as much calcium as milk and is also a source of other vitamins. Since DariFree™ is FREE of gluten, casein, protein, soy, tofu, rice, cholesterol, lactose, preservatives, MSG, and mono/diglycerides, it can be enjoyed by most people that have special dietary needs. DariFree™ is identified as the preferred milk alternative in the book SPECIAL DIETS FOR SPECIAL KIDS by Lisa Lewis, Ph.D. Many children with dairy and grain sensitivities can enjoy DariFree™ because it is compatible with the GFCF (Gluten-Free, Casein-Free) diet.
