INTRODUCTION

Kirkman Laboratories Pro-Culture Gold™ features the Lactobacillus rhamnosus probiotic strain. This species is recognized as one of the primary friendly lactic acid bacteria residing in a healthy gastrointestinal tract. Research over the past decade has shown that L. rhamnosus possesses a number of important health benefits including:

· Ability to adhere to the GI mucosa and colonize the intestinal tract
· Supports the body's natural defenses (immunity)
· Helps control diarrhea, or constipation
· Helps alleviate occasional diarrhea or constipation

DOSAGE RECOMMENDATIONS

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

It is recommended to take the capsule with food and/or beverages. Capsules may be pulled apart and the contents mixed with or sprinkled on food or in a cool or tepid beverage, as desired.
