Kirkman’s products are developed from the suggestions of leading medical doctors, researchers and scientists. The products were formulated where possible in powders, liquids and chewable tablets to make it easier for you to give products to your children. Most of the products are also available in a HypoAllergenic formula.

Questions About Shipping and Handling of the Products

Q. Do any of your products need to be refrigerated after receiving?

A. Pro-Culture Gold, Pro-Bio Gold and Colostrum Gold® need refrigeration. As a rule of thumb, all probiotics are more stable at refrigerated temperatures.


Q. When I received your probiotic product, the enclosed ice was melted. Is it still good?

A. Yes, we know that some shipping points take longer than the ice will last. There is sufficient overage in the product to allow for a day or two at higher temperatures. Just refrigerate the product when you receive it.


Q. I live outside of the United States. Can I still order your product?

A. Yes, we can ship to all countries EXCEPT Mexico, North Korea, Germany and Iceland.


Q. How long will it take to get product in a foreign country? Are there customs implications?

A. Each country has its own customs implications and potential problems. Kirkman will ship any order to a foreign country within 48 hours by air, however the actual delivery time will vary depending on how long it takes to clear customs in a particular country.


Q. What is the delivery charge for overseas shipment?

A. It varies. Please contact our office for further information, or for general information check our shipping info page.


Q. Do you have distributors in any foreign countries?
